Brighton were unfortunate to face City in their opening match and lost 0-2 but i feel they can go all guns blazing and pick up the 3 points against West Brom, West Brom have had just one away match which was at Burnley and they won 0-1 but Burnley had 20 shots at goal that day and had most of the possession so i feel they will struggle here, home win.
You have to fancy Chelsea in this fixture. Chelsea beat Leicester with a 3-0 score in both matches last season, home and away! They bounced back strongly after the 1st match, and won the next 2 matches! Now, they will also have key players back, like Hazard & Bakayoko, and Morata at full fitness, so I'm expecting Chelsea to dominate and win this match!
Man City have failed to get the better of Liverpool in their five Premier League meetings, losing four and drawing one.
Liverpool, having watched them this season, their defence is not that convincing. Man City playing with just one central midfielder in Fernandinho means they have enough attacking players on the pitch to cause Liverpool problems.
Home advantage will also be a factor that i think should favour the Citizens.

Burnley have won 3 drawn 1 and lost 1 of their last 5 matches played, and sit 10th in the Premiership with 4 points after 3 league games played drawing their last league match played 1-1 away against Tottenham. Crystal Palace have won 1 drawn 1 and lost 3 of their last 5 matches played , and sit 19th in the Premiership with 0 points losing their last match played 0-2 at home against Swansea. Crystal place have lost all their 3 league games played losing their last league away game 1-0 against Liverpool. Burnley lost thier only home league game played 0-1 against WBA. Burnley did do the double over Crystal Palace last season 0-2 away and 3-2 this fixture. I am taking a Burnley win in this match today.
These two have met once before with Stephens winning in straight sets at the French Open in 2015. They have never met on a hard court surface though and Stephens had a real battle to overcome Sevastova in the last round. Williams made the final of both the Australian Open and at Wimbledon and looks a solid bet with her greater experience to make it 3 Grand Slam finals for the year
Montenegro are having an unbelievable group stage and are potentially 2 games from qualifying. Having breezed past Armenia (4-1) and Kazakhstan (0-3) they are in great form. Compare this to the underperforming Romanians who have scraped past Armenia (1-0) and drawn with kazakhstan (0-0). Montenegro will have the confidence and Romania are all but out of it.
England is very strong at home. They can win a convincing victory against Slovakia. I don’t expect a very high scoreline. They won both Scotland (3-0) and Lithuania (2-0). The scoreline was low for their potentials. I can’t imagine H. Kane or any other well-paid player to play in this match and risk any injury. J. Vardy, J. Lingard, and J. Defoe can score a goal each against Slovakia. Slovakia, on the other hand, has a mediocre away form. They nearly escape with a close win against Lithuania (1-2), and a comfortable win against Malta (1-3). They conceded six goals without scoring one in a rather friendly match against Sweden. I can’t imagine how they might score at least a goal in this match, but if they do the score might be V. Weiss or A. Nemec. I expect nothing else than a convincing victory for England.
Safarova won last 3 encounters with the American, most recent one this year, but Coco looks great in this tournament with wins against Riske, Jabeur and especially Radwanska. She reached the final in Stanford and should break the chain in my opinion.
Value on the young Russian and former Junior World champion. He beat Dimitrov in the second round and earlier won his first tournament in Umag. Goffin really struggled to get past Pella, but had no trouble getting past Monfils (who seemed to struggle with his injuries again). This is the first time Goffin gets this far here at the US Open and I can see him failing to go through here.
Dominic Thiem is ranked 20 places higher than Juan Martin Del Potro and has a superior hold/break percentage on hardcourts this season. He is fancied at 11/10 to make another grand slam quarter-final.
